A friend of mine put a set of FM10's on his low-miles, 5-spd, lsd, no-moldings S4 a while back. I tried to buy that car before buying my GTS. Just great wheels.

Chris,
Glad you like them! Your polishing job REALLY MAKES THEM TOO! They look TONS better than when I had them! They fit your car like a glove (just like they did my GTS)!
Someone asked about size...
17 X 8 and 17 X 10 (or maybe it is 8.5 and 10.5, not sure exactly how to measure rim width...)
I had several folks interested in these wheels, but really glad they went to you my friend! I know you will really enjoy them and they will really enhance your enjoyment of your car.
The only thing you WON'T like about them is that they are a BITCH to keep clean! Try and find a brake pad that does not generate a lot of dust and you will be in good shape...I never found that pad!

For the wheel locks, you might do better than the dealer if you ask at your regular Porsche 928 parts suppliers here. Anything that the dealers can buy is also available from them, usually with less ovehead costs. Worth the question, and we need to support our regular suppliers when possible.

Thanks a lot James, I am really happy with my purchase!

I will do that, thanks DrB

I will probably be listing the wheels I took off in the classified section here and on CL.
I have someone that offered me good money for the tires already, but I want the wheels gone too, I would like to sell the set as they sit. I don't have anywhere to store them. I don't want to make my garage more clustered than it is.
Local deal is preferred, the wheels are in Placentia, in OC.
Oh, and just in case anyone notices, we put a small spacer in the rear, 8mm I believe, pushed it right the edge.
And the ride home (kind of long) was great!
I got a few emails regarding the size tire on the Fikse's, so this is what we put on them
Bridgestone re760
265/40/17 r
225/45/17 f
If anyone local (Orange County) is looking for 19" wheels or tires...
Here is the link to my CL ad. Selling them for $795
