Default Eccentric question

OK just had a alignment, problem is can not move the eccentric to adjust the camber on the front wheel.
Can get the locking nut lose but when you turn the small grub screw to change the camber nothing moves it seems to be ceased,if i replace the eccentric we that fix the problem or is there something else that has to move as well.
Any help would be much appreciated

To fix this you need t jack up the car remove one at a time each eccentric and clean out all of the corrosion on each part then reinstall with a light coat of grease or antiseize , only do one at a time so the adjustment wont be lost.
IF the eccentric allen slot is stripped then a new part should be installed so it will make it easy for the alignment person to adjust it

the other option is to remove both of the eccentrics an clean the mounting area and the insides of the BJ mount.

First scribe a line around the outside of the BJ

If you are doing the whole alignmnet anyway, I propose that you take both bolts and cams off completely, and clean both mating faces on the ball joint and the control arm. Clean the cams for sure. The surface between the ball joint and the control arm must be assembled dry, but you'll probably want to have lubrication or anti-sieze in the openings and on the outside faces of the cams to make them move smoothly while adjusting. The WSM suggests packing the cavities around the cams after all the adjustmenst are completed, to keep crud from accumulating there and corroding things.

Take pictures of the cam locations before you disassemble. It won't get the settings the same as they were, but you'll be in the ballpark. The scribed line is another way to get it in the ballprk, but is not a substitute for a real alignment.

Here's another WYAIT thought-- If your balljoints are anywhere near 75k or more service, install new ones now. The lower balljoint takes the lion's share of the load going down the road, both vertical with the springs and shocks attached, and horizontal from both braking and steering. New parts are a bit over $100 each last I looked, and will help your alignment stay in alignment.

you know its the allen wrench that turns it, correct. If it still jammed, take it all apart and lube things up as was suggested.
