What is the easiest way and how do I begin to get the panels off? Need to change drivers window motor and inner door latch hinge. I am sure someone can lead me in the right direction.
Thanks in advance.

Several excellent writeups in the archives, here's a link to one that links to the others....

How do you get the upper door trim off...Dr. Bob reglued the trim up there for me, but his glue didn't hold. Also a good glue suggestion would be appreciated too...

James, What (exactly) do you mean by "upper door trim"? The door has three main parts - the door panel (obvious - it covers most of the door), the upholstered insert panel between the armrest and the door pull, and the armrest itself.
The first time I reglued some of the upholstery (3 yrs ago) I used 3M Super-77 spray adhesive and it did not last. I had to go back in to repair it again a few months later and used a hot glue gun. Now THAT works! I have done all of my upholstery and carpet gluing with the hot glue gun. It works especially well on cloth-like materials like carpeting or vinyl backing that do not hold other glues well.

I would suggest to use the brush on glue made by Weldwood found at HD.
This is how it was done when the cars were made.
The 3M spray on glue wont last as most sprayon glues do not work.
The Weldwodd can be used just about everywhere , from applying vapor barriers on the doors to installing carpet kits Note along the top of the doors the covering will need to be glued and 1/4 in. staples used ,
use the flat chisle ends not the angle as then the staples dont go in straight.

Thanks for the tip! I will get a can of that today to glue my carpeting and rear seat bottoms back in.
Now, you cannot just say that "most spray-on glues do not work"... that's just ridiculous! They work quite well for certain applications. Carpeting and cloth-backed vinyl are not those applications, though.

I have used lots of different brands of sprays and though they may hold for a few weeks after a few heat cycles the spray on stuff usually has come loose in one place or another.
After doing a few carpet kits with over 30 pieces of carpet to replace the only glue i will use is the brush on stuff.
Of course you can try the spray on glues and if they work thats great, i think you will like the brush on stuff after using it though, once and done!

Thats the stuff I use, Weldwood contact cement, brush it on both sides let it set up then stick it together. Get it right the first time cause it sticks hard.
