Can someone tell me what is this part? What it does? What part number? I found this smash and has a whole. What problems would this cause?

How about year/model of your car.

The bent tube looks like air injection tube for the cat.

if you mean the metal pipe with the blue cap, it is a exhaust test port. It goes directly to the exhaust. You don't need it, fill/cover the hole and you're fine.

Ps: there should be another one on the left side of the engine.

thats what i meant. Its for 87. Your right they come in pair.

Take the nut off at the manifold and get the tube out, get the nut off of the tube and find a ball bearing that fits and put it and the nut back on, done.
