Default Help me decide

Ok, I'm in a bit of a quandry and thought who better to help me.

Here is the situation, I am currently flush with cars and I'm really trying to decide what to do with my 928s. I have an 86.5 that was totalled and an 86 with a blown engine. I'll list the car detail below, what I want to hear is whether or not I should sell these as a project package and look for a running S4 or S3.

86.5
- Interior has been sold, nothing left
- Engine w/~130K miles. Powdercoated the intake, ford fuel injectors, timing belt (2 years ago) w/all parts except water pump.
- New Coolant Hoses, heater valve, and expansion tank, all hoses new w/~3K miles on them
- HVAC vaccum pods replaced
- New Antenna windshield
- New Boge shocks all 4 corners
- Brakes are good all 4 corners
- All electrics worked perfectly and has a complete non-butchard wire harness
- New fuel sender
- A/C works PERFECT
- man hole rims, redone but 2 injured in accident and 1 doesn't hold air
- told that the left rear fram rail is bent and repair costs far exceed value of car

86
- Engine suffered a Timing Belt failure, unknown valve injury
- Interior complete but dry, dash, pod and console cracked
- The paint is shot
- A/C unknown but has rear A/C that was removed
- Electrics appeared to all work properly
- 1 owner car with no prior accident history
- Limited slip diff, but Auto
- Hasn't run since '03

All depends on what you want to end up with and what you want to do in terms of working on the cars.

Both cars have body and interior issues, so to me they would be parts. The individual value does not go up when two parts cars are offered as a package, it goes down.
