Welcome to the club and thank you for fighting where I am not able to. You're keeping my family safe and I can't express in words how much that means to me. I require my children to go up to every soldier they are able and tell them "Thank You for keeping me safe"

Just a bad case of OCD is all! LOL! I love them! They are like my children, I just can't get rid of any. I have tried to sell the '84 a few times, but I am not going to give her away and so people think they can find a better deal... no biggie...I like the color!

Thank you very much though, I appreciate the sentiment.

I also appreciate the OP's service to our country, especially as we think back to our founding this July 4th!

Great find son. The milage doesn't mean squat on these cars if they are maintained. One of mine lasted to 300k miles before i sold it for 3k. It still ran well but I was hurt and couldn't work on it. I, like some of the others can't find words to express my thanks to you and your brothers and sisters in arms for your service.

I and several others are just over in NC. We will have to get together some day and I will buy you a beer. That is a georgous car and I am sure you will get many fun memorable miles out of it. Just keep your dam head down and get home to enjoy it.

Best of luck,

Down and dirty.
The original owner was Stefan Petroff of Stefan Petroff Industries (SPI), a huge racing fan and the financier of Formula Atlantic Championship racing. I bought the vehicle from his god daughter who saw the need for the vehicle to be saved and taken care of. Petroff even had his own license plate frame made......

Dave Simpson sets the pace and wins Laguna Seca American Racing Series round 9 while Didier Theys and Tommy Byrne battle for the championship. Round 10/SPI Formula Atlantic results Laguna Seca (SPI stood for Stefan Petroff who funded the series.)

I'm not digging at you! You are not the only one I have offered to adopt that car out to... So far not one person has ended up with a car that even looks as good for less money... just sayin'!

Just that old adage, "the most expensive 928 to buy is the one that is cheap to get in to!"

I think our OP here might have bucked the system on that though! It looks like a real find!
