I sent out an inquiry email to most of the 928 vendors last week regarding the future availability of the Colgan / Covercraft 928 service covers, since Colgan closed its doors in February. The only response I received was from Pelican who checked with Covercraft directly and was able to provide the following response:

"Hello Chris,

I am in the process of updating with Covercraft, and have just confirmed that the service covers are still available for custom order, and will not be discontinued. As for the production time, Jason was just slightly off in his estimate, as it would take 6-8 weeks to produce one for special order--we currently do not have these items in stock.

I hope that answers your question, but feel free to let us know again if you have anymore concerns. Thanks!

Good to know for those of use who were not able to snag the last of the service cover inventory before Colgan closed.

I already received 20 sets of service covers from CoverCraft about 4 weeks ago and have another 10 sets on order. Still $99.95.

Oh very cool! I had done a quick search on the forum and hadn't seen anything more recent after the posts in February that Colgan had closed. I'll definitely be ordering one from you.
