Yes, always when the engine is not completely cold.

No result so far. I changed for a new one rubber coupler between the intake tubes and the central collector and checked all small rubber couplers. They are all OK. I also changed for a new one auxiliary air valve.
It is also interesting that whistling sound is not present at the start of cold engine. It starts after 20 to 60 seconds. It sounds like that some kind of valve opens and then engine starts whistling. What could that be???

I made it. Problem was with gasket between engine block and intake manifold.

Your air filter is in upside down in the pic of the engine in your first vid.
