Carl and Rick, thanks for all the work that the pair of you and your families put into this weekend. Great to meet so many passionate 928 fanatics. We are back home now (8hrs. and1700 total kms.) and the car ran great (928's eat up interstates). Thanks to all for making my first event such a success.
All the best ,
Dave.

I do have one good pic, me and Isabella (already a big car nut).
Jim was great to have around, always welcome back here.
We had 2 nice midnight blue on classic gray GTS 5 speeds at the show: one was the non sunroof '94 with 18k miles (recent Willhoit car) and the other a '95 bought new by Tony and at 25K miles. Both awesome to see, just like a new 928.

Thanks Carl & Rick for hosting the GTG's. The preparation and sacrafices made to host us all did not go unnoticed and is greatly appreciated. The whole weekend was awesome, and it was great to meet so many passionate people, many who I felt I already knew through this forum. I am willing to do what I can to help make (keep?) this an annual event, and would love to see if we can even get a few more impromptu drives, GTG's, and tech sessions together throughout the year. It is nice to know that owning, enjoying, and even fretting over such a great car does not have to take place in solitude. Thanks again to all who made this event possible. Cheers!

Me too, maybe. Undecided between adding regular 3-pt belts in the rear to use with a belt positioning booster, or going with a regular 5-pt harness car seat. Both kids are on the edge for transition to a belt positioning booster. Hmm, they would probably outgrow the 5-pt seat before I got to rigging it up....

It truly was a perfect day... Carls party was a huge success on Friday evening, many thanks to Amy for puting up with us while taking care of 1 1/2 year old Isabella, she is beautiful... Thanks to everyone that made the trip to my home after the show, it was a pleasure to have you all there. What a treat to have Tass's incredible track car on my front lawn! Looking forward to Frenzy!

Looks like an amazing time guys. Enjoyed seeing the pictures (cute kid Carl) and reading about the weekend. I couldn't make it this year; daughters birthday party on Saturday and wife is pregnant so extra high maintenance right now so too much family stuff going on, but the shark party was on my mind and I knew I'd be missing some fun times. Hopefully make it to some other events.

This years Boston event was really great. I made it to Carl and Amy’s house on Friday night and then to the “main event” on Saturday with a grand finale at Rick and Susan’s house Saturday afternoon. The food at both the pre and post event parties was phenomenal. I made the Friday trip with Stan Shaw and enjoyed the seat time in my GT. Saturday’s drive was a little less fun, driving the truck and dragging the track car/trailer through traffic.
The show itself was very well attended and as usual, the 928’s got a lot of love. The “never been on the track, track car” was somewhat of a curiosity to the up-market p-car crowd but it was actually pretty well received. I must have embarrassingly answered the “where do you race it?” question fifty times. I really need to get that car finished….LOL
Thanks again to the Eastern Ma. contingent ! You guys did a fantastic job.
How about pictures??? Who’s gottem’ ? Post them up !
