Default Ran When Parked

Ran When Parked: Advice and Adventures from the Affordable Underbelly of Car Collecting by Rob Sass

Nice book with alot of great information. How ever it didnt cover the 924 nor the 944 series. It had great things to say about the 914, 911 and 912 as far as collecting. They even covered the 928.

Check it out.

Saw that in the Hagerty's monthly. Love the title! "Ran when parked" = "Don't run now!!"

Reminds me of the time when I opened up the shop one Monday morning only to find a 928 out back running. It had started all by itself via an electrical short. No idea how long it had been running.

That's just proof of what we knew all along: these cars do not like to sit, they like to be run!

Mark, it was just lying in wait for some poor unsuspecting Corvette to come cruising by.
