Default Ventilation fan removal

My vent fan for the A/C etc has a squeaky bearing especially at slow speeds. I can see it there in front of the windshield but it does not looks like it will come out this way. Will it? Any advic e is appreciated.

It will come out that way but I had to remove the hood. YMMV.

You have to remove hood and the passenger wiper and the one bolt on the windshield sill plate at the far end on passenger side. It can then be moved out of the way far enough to remove the motor.

It can be removed if you have two people. One to hold the hood up while you take the passenger side hinge off. Just remove everything holding the blower motor in place. Unscrew the cowl cover that goes along the windshield at the passenger side. Be gentle as you pull it out.

It's a bit easier doing it that way, w/o removing the hood.

One of the bolts holding the blower in needs to be removed from inside at the recirc box.
