Goes thru the edge of the tunnel, pretty much above the exhaust. Hard to see or access...

If you poke something up the drain to clear it, make CERTAIN that is is not something that will punch a hole in the evaporator or heater core! $$$

On my 83 RHD car, its on the left side of the tunnel near the front - for a LHD, Not sure. From the sound of your complaint, I would guess its on the driver side, ie same place as mine - pull the driver side console side panel. Its just a rubber tube going through the body - sounds like its died, or it thinks your feet need a wash. Also, have you checked the heater air inlet drain flap on the firewall for debris? Oval flap ~ 1/2 way down .

another source of water can be the expansion valve icing, when it freezes water sloshes around and can make its way onto your foot at least on my s4.
