Default Likely locally available replacements for the grommet washers on the oddments tray?

Hi folks,

Just wondering if anyone had had any luck with something from NAPA, ACE, Hobby Lobby, etc, as a replacement for the little spring grommet washers that hold the bottom of the oddments trays (the trays under the dash) to their frames. These are about 10mm washers, but with a star patten stamped through the center to make some little blades that grip a shaft when they're pushed on.

Thanks,
Paul
