according to my owners manual, this should be a Porsche proprietry solution.

so whats everyone using? genuine porsche fluid or is there an alternative?

I have used ordinary window cleaning fluid in mine for several years now. Seems to do a good job. I always wash it off with ordinary fuid though.

IIRC the intensive fluid was banned by the EPA. Did major damage to the environment.

Don't think I've seen any of the tanks around here with anything in them.

think I'm going to try some concentrate screen wash without diluting it for now and see how I get on

I have it in my car. I'm not overly impressed by it, though. It's doesn't exactly have "sensational" or "magic" cleaning power, just a bit better than the regular washer fluid.

Maybe at the time, regular washer fluid was not as good? I don't know.
