Default Speedometer reading slightly high

Had the car(82 5 speed) back on the road after major work and noticed the speedo reading approx. 10 - 15 km higher than actual speed. First noticed on the Aircare dyno smog test and confirmed on the freeway with the wife following.
Stock wheels and tire sizes, any thoughts?

Common in my experience - mine reads ~10% high. My 08 Subaru is 6% high....dealer says acceptable range. Speedo needs recalibrating.

Mine tends to read high but that's cuz my foot is about 10% heavier than most. Which, according to authorities, is within an acceptable range. Most of the time. when they're watching.

If you drive 10% faster it will make up for the difference.

My 928 is usually 10% faster than the speed limit.
