My experience is that reverse bleeding the clutch is the easiest way to get all the air out. Use a pressure bleeder to push fluid into the slave cylinder fitting. This will fill the slave, then the master, pushing the air up into the brake fluid reservoir. Very simple and fast.

+1 on an easy bleed for me, had someone pushing the pedal though.
