Greg to get the bracket pivot bolt out of the side loading bracket on the water pump, simply unscrew the the 10mm bolts that hold it to the waterpump then with an allen wrench simply turn the bracket in the direction to loosen whith the allen wrench being used in the screw, as the unscrew tool,
this will turn the bolt about 1/2 turn and will loosen it

The PO did not know this, and the head is almost 100% rounded, we may be able to get it out like that.
We have a welder and a new screw, so it is not going to be a problem very long.

And if this guy is one of them, that could open a whole can of worms. We don't know yet, maybe he's a master mechanic, or maybe he's a complete klutz(no offense intended).
