Default Crankshaft Pulley Bolt

Hey Guys,
Can someone please confirm for me if the crankshaft pulley bolt is a standard thread (ie anticlockwise to undo) or a left hand thread.
Thanks

Remember to put the washer with the hollow side facing the engine.

The implied question here concerns breaking the bolt loose, I guess??

Most use all the tricks, i.e., penetrating oil, 3/4 drive and a breaker bar of your choice. It is supposed to have been installed with 219 ft lbs. IIRC.

I used a floor jack on the end of a long-handled 3/4" breakover bar to break mine loose. Good luck.

Yeah, those high-torque bolts are crazy ... after the first 45 deg of movement, it's still on there really tight!
