I'm in the process of doing mine, I am using the DCV 200m position, It's my understanding that this is correct.

Yes, use the DCV scale, and the lowest range possible. Usually that's 200 milliVolts or 200mV. You will typically only see an indication in the lowest number, which will be in the hundreds of microVolts.

The settings are for 'range', so 200m setting, actually means: 0 - 200mV range. A carry over from the analog meter labeling days.
