Anyone know this car, and the outfit selling it? (928worldwide)
Any idea of who can run a PPI on it in th area?
Anyone take a boo at it for me?
TIA

Wow! Nice car, good options, low miles. There are a few folks in the Philly area who may be able to help. I suspect this car will get a lot of attention as the 86.5 5spd + LSD is a sought after car. The Sport seats a very nice plus.
Good luck.
Good luck.

It's a No Reserve auction but he's asking $12,500 for the car elsewhere. Don't expect to buy this car on ebay for a low price. If his history tells us anything, he will end the auction and relist it if the price doesn't go high enough.
That being said, the car appears to be pretty nice. Verify everything he tells you including mileage. As we all know, the odometer gears are prone to failure in these cars so the mileage may not be correct. The interior does look good though. That is normally where you see wear from high mileage and this car doesn't look like it has much wear and tear. I'd say that the car is worth $7,000 to the right buyer. Good luck if you bid.

I would double check that the odometer is working. The car fax shows last odometer reading was the same in 2007 as it is now. Makes me wonder.
Otherwise this car has some desirable features as others have noted. I just wish the interior wasn't maroon (just not my thing). Love the sport seats and the 5 speed with LSD though and this is an 86.5 with the brake and suspension upgrades.
Porkenize it, add an Xpipe, and it will be a FAST car.
Good luck.

It had a full leather interior, but the dash is no longer leather. rear quarters and console are leather which experience tells me means full leather.
By "full" I mean all interior panels - door inserts, door uppers, a-pillars, headliner, visors, hatch trim, shelf faciae, glove-box lid, dash, center console, rear console, rear bolsters, rear quarter panels, door handles and armrests (and oddly, the front side of the door pockets, where it can't be seen).
My guess is it sat in the sun for some time, and the leather dash was in a sorry state, so got pulled and replaced with vinyl. Not a major detractor point for many, but I am partial to a good leather interior - it just has an air of quality, and the stitching on the door handles is just cool
Do check the rear quarter panels for warping along the base of the quarter windows - the leather often shrinks there with too much sunlight/UV and lifts the edge of the panel away from the base of the window making it look ugly.
It does all look pretty tidy in the pics - should make for a very fun driver.

I don't know Gary, but he is a friend of Earl's. I understand that he is also quite knowledgeable.
They both live within striking distance of the Philly area. I would encourage you to PM them if you're looking for someone to ppi a car in that area, they may be able to help you.
