Default Radiator Replacement - Questions

I just pulled the radiator out of the MY90 because it has had a leak in the end cap since I got here. I picked up a used radiator that had been tested off ebay, but it has coolers on both sides. The MY90 original radiator only had a cooler on the passenger side. I believe that's the trans cooler side, since there appears to be an oil cooler directly mounted below the radiator. Or maybe I have them mixed up, I didn't look that much.

So, my question is this: can I just cap the unused cooler side and install it or will there be future cooling issues?

You should be able to cap it and run the radiator. You could even leave the cooler ends open if you do see any time you would want to run it in the future. it you leave the ends open the cooler will most likely be contaminated if you decide to use it in the future. the presents of the cooler should have no effect on the cooling capacity of the radiator as it doesn't effect the core area.

Anyone know where I can pick up the caps? I believe I have a set, but not sure where they are right now.
