Default Another wheel fitment question

Current tires are 225-50-16

Can I use rims from a '91 C4, seller says they are 16 x 6.5J front and 16x 8.5J rear, thinks the offset is 52 or 55mm.

From the fitment chart looks like 52 might be problem for front.

Appreciate the help

16x6.5 is too narrow a wheel for a 225 tire, and 52 is also wrong. Tire will stick outside the fender on the front.

for the front the lowest offset number SB 50 with 65 ET being ideal. 52 would be OK but the front rim is as Jim M said a bit too narrow it SB 7 in. front and from 8,9,10 ,11 in. in the rear
