Default Keel Twinscrew Alternator Belt Length

I'd like to start a repository of parts information related to Andy Keel Twin Screw Supercharger kits.

I just replaced the supercharger belt with a Goodyear Gatorback 4060445 belt. The 60445 deciphered means it's six ribs by 44.5 inches.

Anyone have the dimensions of the alternator belt? Mine just broke, on the highway, and took out my fan harness with it. Bummer; however, I had enough battery power to make it home from 30 or 40 miles away, so it could've been worse.

Except now, I don't have an old belt to use for reference...

Thanks in advance, and maybe we could post other belt sizes germane to the Keel Twinscrew Kits? I tried to search but couldn't find references to Keel and Alternator that listed belt sized.

Oh, and one more thing: The power steering belt I recently changed was a Napa 040413. 4 ribs, 41.3 inches. It just barely fit, you might want to go a bit longer.

Hi Brian:

The Keel setup uses the stock alternator belt, as Darien shows.

For the PS, Andy listed a Dayco 5040420, which is 42" 4 rib, just a bit longer than the Napa belt you used, which would be equivalent to a Dayco 5040413.

Well, duh. :smacks head:. I was thinking that because of the big ribbed crank puley and the necessity to have changed certain pulleys from V to serpentine, that the alternator wouldn't've remained stock.

Thanks for the reminder and help.

No. That's an interesting variation. Mine has the PS pump and alternator on separate belts, with the alternator belt being stock.
