Default Coated 2V headers FS - 250.[SOLD]

Coated 2V MSDS headers [SOLD]

Coated Headers:

250. They were 300 but I need to move them. S ee the picture - there has been some denting of the pipes to make them fit cars - but they were coated after this.

menzzer, you should be begging Brendan for a set of locks and keys along with the heads.
If anybody has them, Brendan would.

That's a good idea! I think this set would help give my 80 US a bit of a push (along with appropriate cams and intake/TB/U!)

Brendan, what are the stamped numbers on these heads? What is the condition of these heads?

I'll get the stamp numbers later, but the heads are apart and cleaned up a bit. They need guides as I pressed them out to measure the guide bore diamter in the heads. I think one exhaust stud needs a threadsert. Obviously no big deal.

YES - includes CAMS

I think you are in the ballpark. You'd probably have better luck selling them completely reassembled though.

They would need to be rebuilt. I don't see where putting non-rebuilt heads together so that the buyer can just re-dis-assemble them to rebuild them? These are 500 dollar Euro heads that, like most others in this price, need to be rebuilt. If I spent 700 dollars rebuilding them, they would be 1200 dollar rebuilt Euro heads. Is that what you meant?

Give them some time, price is plenty fair, people need at least a week to notice stuff.

Thanks Mike. Does everyone understand why I am selling the runners, flanges, etc with the heads? Anyone wish to see pictures?

Those of us building 5.0 hybrids understand but I'd rather hold out for the euro s stuff than do a bunch of fabrication. I might be ready for the heads in a couple weeks. I still need a 5.0L block too...

Ah, the intake issue. Yeah, I have no idea what the differences would be. It was part of a plan for some boost, but that went to the other engine I have - a nearly-stock 89S4 motor.

I was trying to do the intake in a modular fashion to ease assembly and welding.

I guess I forgot that I also have a set of 2V MSDS headers. They have been coated with an insulating paint in and out - black. It was done professionally, at a local coater.

They would be included with the deal I am posting here.

So Euro Heads, PC'd Cam boxes, 8 Runners, 2 Flanges for the runners, a set of coated headers. $999

Hey, that's some good stuff to build a nice top end! Maybe I should just use it.
