928-specific Porsche factory tool thread

I'm not sure if there's a special Porsche tool for this task...
I had to make this tool in order to replace the broken B2 brake band piston on my 84 Auto.
It sparked a debate on the email list about whether it was possible with the trans in the car.
I was able to cleanly swap it out with the car up on jack stands, but it required this tool.
It's a surprisingly delicate task to heat and bend a screwdriver. They snap off easily.

Is there still some sort of tool rental program still in existence on any of the forums? I seem to remember tool rental on the 928OC a long time ago but I am not sure what is the current status.
I am in the middle of rebuilding a S4 motor and will be working on a GTS motor later. I am in need of the tools for head rebuilding and block rebuilding. Here is are some of the tools I will need. I am interested in renting these tools if possible.

Here's a start, with 9148, and I'll try to get drawings made for any of the tools I have. If anyone in the PNW wants to loan me tools, I can draw them up for reference/remanufacture by others.

The factory 9190 fuel sender removal tool is steel, and works very well. Or you can 3D print a slightly different version from the link below.

Alternate 9190 fuel sender nut removal tool, for 3D printing. For 928 and 944.

Hi.
I found, in an old thread, a diagram giving the sizes for the valve seal insert tool 9225/1.
The diagram shows a distance (depth) of 11.2mm from where it pushes on the shoulders of the seal to the outside edge.
Is there anyone with the tool able to double check this depth so I can check the install height of my valve seals and make a suitable tool myself if they need adjustment.
Thanks,
Myles

I did not have a genuine 9142 tool when I made this replica, but it worked great during the rebuild of my G28.05 transmission. You'll need this tool (or a genuine one) to tighten and loosen the pinion nut in the earlier models of manual transmission. You'll also need the accompanying 9143 splined socket, which is still available from Porsche, part number 000-721-914-30. And a gigantic torque wrench and breaker bar!
The three plates were laser cut from one of the online services, I'll be happy to share the DXF files if anyone else would like to do the same.
