Matt thank you for posting that link, I'll post on it to ask about the speaker baffles and the results of the rebuild.

My covers are clip on based upon the descriptions you all have posted. I did find the gap in the speaker to fit the screw driver which is what helped get the cover off.

I'll post back my findings on this thread after talking to a couple of suppliers.
