As many of you may have read I had an accident in my 1985 US 928S. Details can be found HERE. So now come the recovery stage.
I have an appointment at the frame shop to get it straightened and have a list of parts I will need to put it back together.
So here's my list. If anyone has any thing on it and are willing to let go of it please let me know.

Euro H4 Headlight


Ideally I would like to find the fender and hood in silver so I can continue to drive the car with out it looking grossly obvious that it has been wrecked, and reassembled. If I can find silver this will give me the benefit of being able to save for the paint instead of forcing my to get a paint job with the rather limited funds I currently have.

help finding parts is greatly appreciate.
If you have any please let me know what you have, and how much you want for them.

Edit: Still need a Euro H4 headlight.
Thanks to Silver79 and Dennis Wilson I have most everything I need to get my car back on the road. The final missing piece is the replacement Euro H4 headlight. If anyone has a spare they would be willing to part with please let me know. New is available but a +300 I would prefer to go used. I tried 928 Intl. but they do not have any used in stock, so if you've got one you'ld like to sell PM me.

Had no idea it would be so hard to find silver body panels. Surely somebody out there has a parts car there willing to sell parts off of.

I bet it would be a lot easier to find the parts if color was not specified. You could have the body shop that is pulling it paint the parts. It may not look perfect, but will get you back on the road until you can get a complete paint job.

PS - If the parts in that CL ad are still available that I put in your original thread, I would ship them to you if the seller wouldn't. I think he wanted $100 for hood and fenders, not including bumper.

I'm sure you're right, it would be easier if color wasn't an issue. My initial thought was that it would be counter productive to have to paint the panels twice, but as you mention the initial paint job on the panels could probably be done inexpensively since the match/quality wouldn't have to be perfect. your right I probably should have jumped on the craigslist add and if I can figure out how to get a hold of the guy with the parts I will. If you're willing to help arrange shipping if necessary that would be greatly appreciated. When I try to get to the add however it says it is expired. Don't know if it just timed out or if the parts sold. I'll do some searching and see if I can find any details on it. If anyone should happened to have saved the posting please let me know.

Have you checked with 928 International? They sold me perfect Grand Prix White hood and left fender when I wanted to avoid painting panels.

Yes, I tried that avenue, 928intl has no silver. So at this point it looks like any color will suffice, and I'll color match for the time being.

I think I have everything you need. I know I have a silver hood from a 83 and some front fenders and supports. I can't remember if the fenders are silver or not. I also have some H4 headlights, horn, lights, and more. I'll check to see what I else I may have.

Thanks everyone for all the replies and offers. Looks like I've got a few options. First challenge of finding parts has been overcome, now the challenge is figuring out which offer(s) to go with. I'll be dropping the car off at the shop tomorrow at 7:30 AM, and will be following up with all of you here about parts over the next couple days.
