Default 90 Air Diverter Valve Connection

Hi All,
My question for the day .........
Where does the hose that runs toward the firewall from the air diverter valve on the passenger side of the engine, on it's *(&%*(&^$&^$)*&% bracket....connect to?
I'm having a brain cramp, and for the life of me, I can't remember or figure out where it goes.
TIA!

That hose connects to the air filter housing IIRC. The diverter sends air into the intake stream when not needed for injection into the exhaust. Helps cut down on under-hood noise I think as most cars just let the bypass air vent into the engine compartment.
