I always thought they were cool, but didn't have a car worth stealing... As nice as my Spitfire was it would have been more trouble to steal that it was worth so I never needed an UNGO BOX! LOL!

Thanks Paul, and all the rest of you who have complimented me on the car. I didn't have ANYTHING to do with the color choice, but other than doing and black/tan interior the car is exactly the way I would have built it!

Ok guys...here are some pics for you... The weather was not pretty today so I stayed inside and did paper work and then had some time to go pop a couple of wheels off of BLUE82... So this first set is passenger front wheel well and wheel. We just jacked the car up and sat down to do this work and mostly used simple green, accordingly you can see several places where we missed and of course we could not reach all the way up under the car since we didn't have a lift to get cosmoline off the oil pan and various inboard cross members and such. We did miss a few places that were more *under* the car too that I now see with these photos, but that is probably just TO BAD! The next care taker of BLUE82 will have to address those things!

Here is the passenger side rear wheel well and wheel. Again, despite HUGE efforts we were not able to get EVERYTHING clean and some things did not get as clean as we would have liked. This is about an hour or so work on EACH wheel well too...maybe a bit more. So, the effort was certainly there. Again we used Simple Green for most all of this cleaning.

Very nice James. That's the type of pictures I was hoping for. The undercarriage looks as good as the topside, simply amazing.

Question. Where the sides of the calipers clean or dirty? If dirty how on earth did you get them that clean?

Afshin,

They were pretty clean still, but I have not had problems cleaning calipers in the past. Start with break caliper cleaner if they are really dirty and then have just used the Simple green if not to dirty... Of course you have to use a brush tooth brush or something like that...

Is the brake cleaner ok for the wires, sensors and seals?

I'm always nervous about using chemicals when plastics and rubber are involved, I really wish I had a car materials of construction list with a list of compatible chemicals.

I've been using P21S Auto Wash a citrus based cleaner but I can't get all the black off the plated parts.

I only use that cleaner on the calipers, but I use it ALL OVER the calipers and have done it on all my cars (but usually only have to do it once...then just keep them clean after that) and I have not had ANY problems thus far. Been doing it for YEARS too and on multiple cars.

Here are some interior shots.

The first is the FAMED UNGO BOX! LOVE IT! Also you see we are at 3660.5 miles on the odo and then a wider shot of just how clean the interior is on this car. It is just to bad you can't smell this car! IT BLOWS YOUR MIND WHEN YOU OPEN THE DOOR! If you sit down...well, now I know what heaven will be like! It is UNREAL! I suspect if you had a COMPLETE NEW Paul Champagne interior it would be at least this nice, but this car is AMAZING!

Here you can see the amp on the floorboard behind the drivers seat...well, you can see the wires that attach to it. You can also see the custom speakers that the dealer had installed too as well as a wider view of the rear of the car.
