You know what they say about those who live in glass houses... don't live next to a golf course.
As jealous as I am that you had the courage to make mistakes and enjoy doing your own work, I am sure I saved myself a boatload of money having a pro like Dr. Brown fix my car right the first time.

You can't imagine how jealous I am of you too Rob. Having Greg as a LOCAL resource is amazing.
I have to drive 2000 miles to get there. 900 miles to get to Sean. 900 miles to get to Greg.

no kidding..... Imagine the luck of getting into 928's to find out your local neighborhood mechanic if Doc..... & I thought I was lucky to have Bill Ball only an hour away!!!!

Actually the clincher for buying the first one was that 928Intl was nearby. I didn't meet Greg until 2 years after getting the GT. Amazing I didn't burn it to the ground...

It occurred to me that this week is the 10th anniversary of the 1st time this stroker motor ran in the car. Still running great, puts a smile on my face every time I drive it. Here's a 4th gear dyno pull, from May 12, 2010.
