Default Porkensioner question

I am installing the Porkensioner today and just wanted to clarify some of the hardware placement.

I have the lever and the pulley attached and the bracket installed with the gasket. Sealant was applied to the bolt as per the manual.

I have the air pump delete bracket and am installing on an 87 S4.

My question is what to do with the 8x55 mm bolt and the brass tube. On the non air pump delete brackets the brass tube is welded to the bracket. It is separate on the non air pump brackets. Also, there are some allen set screws. It was my understanding that the allen set screw (the larger on for my model year) goes in the upper hole on the bracket. But, this is also where the tensioner bolt 8x55 goes, isn't it. All of the other bolt holes are accounted for by the flange head bolts and the recessed flat head bolt.

I have taken a picture of what I have so far. I have not installed either of the allen head set screws.

The instructions all have pictures of the non air pump delete bracket and I want to make sure I have things in the right place before I continue.

If you like reading the WSM, you'll love PorKen manuals...

The 'brass tube' (plated steel) is a spacer between the PKsn'r bracket and the center timing belt cover. When you install the cover, hold the spacer as you insert the 8x55 bolt through the large tension-light-defeat-ground-wire terminal, cover, spacer, and then into the block.

With a '87 up water pump, use the 10mm set screw to plug the water pump hole if you delete the unused stock tensioner arm axle and bracket. If a new water pump (no coolant) use red Loctite to glue the set screw in place, or you can use silicone.

I'm sorry, I may be completely daft, but I have these instructions at home and my question still applies. Where does the brass tube and 8x55 bolt go? Is it correct in the picture I posted?

I get that the directions are numbered and go back and forth across the page. I need to know specifically if I have the hardware in the right holes.

Also, it is still not clear to me where the allen set screws go. Since I was taking off the old tensioner system, I did not pay attention to which hole the water pump pully went to. Can someone please clarify for this dim witted mechanic.

Edit, I was posting while Ken was responding.

I have a brand new Water pump installed and guess I till need clarification on which hole the allen set screw goes in.

So the allen set screw goes into the water pump itself? Why not just leave the bolt that goes there and leave the roller off?

You can leave the axle/bolt, but it looks nicer without it (and the bracket), and it no longer serves any purpose.
