Default Rect. analog clock, new embroidered floor mats, perfect pod, engines, & 5-speed 4sale

I'm parting out these cars to rebuild the engine on my race car and also to make money to pursue my dream of starting my own business. I'm not using this money to go clubbing!

Interior Parts:
1) SOLD Rectangular analog clock from '90 GT w/ white hands: $160
2) SOLD Brand new set (front & back) of Black factory floor mats: $115
3) Black vinyl gauge pod in near perfect condition, only slightly polished from rubbing dash at bottom corners--essentially invisible. Not a single crack. $240 (have someone interested, but not solid)
4) SOLDGauge cluster from 1985 automatic, 91,000 miles, very good condition: $125
5) Turn signal/Wiper switch unit: $45
6) Shifter surround in excellent condition for cars w/ switches on each side of clock: $40
7) Upper console trim: $15
8) Leather horn pad with a few "dents" in leather, I'd give it a 7/10: $20
9) Center console from '85 in pretty good condition. It has been refinished because someone put two screws in the passenger side for a car phone (damn '90s), but it isn't that noticeable unless you are looking for it: $60
10) Central lock, A/C, & warning light switch: $25
11) 4 sets of late-model door panels ranging from not-so-good to almost perfect: $100-$300 depending on which set

Engine/other parts:
1) LH from 1987 S4, just removed yesterday: $400
2) EZK from the same car: $190
3) LH from 1986 32V: $200
4) 5-speed from 1986 928S, shifts great (just recently drove with it), filled with Redline 75W-90NS, has about 125,000 miles on it: $1200 OBO plus freight--I have found pretty reasonable freight rates if you have a business it can be delivered to
5) Almost every body panel from S4's and early cars you may need, just let me know and I will get you a price. I have S4 and older bumpers.

I also have a complete S4 Squirter Block engine available (still in the car, but for sale) with 120,000 on it. PM me if you are interested in the complete engine or the block. I would like to get $1800 for the complete engine.

I will have a 1990 GT engine for sale in a few weeks. It has 81,000 miles on it and runs well. PM me if interested.

I will keep shipping very reasonable--I don't charge anything on top of what I get charged. Shoot me a PM or email me at bentonmarkd@gmail.com if you are interested in anything. I have tons more available from an '85 S, an '87 S4, and a '90 GT, so let me know what you need and I'll get you a reasonable price on it.

Hey Steve,

I have Ryan Perrella tentatively interested in the GT trans, so I haven't listed it. I'm waiting on the title to arrive from the GT--it was repossessed from the PO, and I am waiting on the new (albeit clear) title to come in the mail before I formally part it out. When the title arrives, if Ryan is not interested in the trans, I will let you know.

Is the GT not salvageable?

I don't have the hours or money to put into it. Unfortunately, while the mechanicals are strong, it has been severely neglected cosmetically. It needs a full paint job (every panel has damage), a new bumper, hood & hinges, front spoiler, belly pans, tires, rear quarter panel repaired, seats, dash recovered, pod, console repaired, speakers, rear seats, carpet, steering wheel, rotors, repaint/powdercoat calipers, interior quarter panels, headliner is sagging in places, oil cooler missing, and much more small stuff.

I'm all for saving these cars, but this one needs 1000 hours and about $8,000 in just parts. If I did it myself and had the free time (I don't), I could have a great car. If I paid someone else to do the major things, I would have probably $30,000 into the car. If someone would take it off my hands for around $10,500, I would sell the complete car right now (well, once I get the title in the mail--the carfax is spotless).

PS: I absolutely love your '85; it is probably my favorite looking 928 I've seen. Very tastefully modified.

Benton, thanks for the compliment!
I wish I had the $ for the whole car- hate to see a GT get parted out for neglect. But, you are right, it would be an expensive resto project...

Sounds like the GT might have been a worthy track car candidate. I thought about looking at it for that purpose when it was for sale.

I am looking for some interior bits for my car. I was asking for things not listed, but was asking in case they became available.
Your eyes are not that old my freind!

Is that a later pod or an earlier one?
