I bought a Schumacher smart maintainer 1.5 amp at Wal-Mart. Just north of $20. Adapted the wiring to match what I'd already put in the car, but did one for another 928 locally using what they supplied directly, with the addition of a fuse in the 'car' section of the harness connected in the front of the car.
