Black Anodized Fuel Rails for sale
Aluminum Black Anodized Fuel Rails for L-Jet & LH 16 Valve Spider intakes and 1985-86 32 Valve.
I’m about to make fuel rails for my 16 Valve. Once the jig is set up I could make a few sets for those who are interested. Rails are 11/16 ID, with ½ NPT ends for -8 fuel line. Good for 1000 HP. Large ID for batch fire injectors minimize rail pressure drop when injectors fire. Also anodizing inside the rail prevents corrosion from different fuel bends (like high alcohol content).
The 16V are for engines using aftermarket EMS systems (ex. Megasquirt). The rails are bolt on allowing the use of “O” ring top injectors. Easy fit for Euro LH system (need to replace the injectors). Includes rail clamps. $275.00 + shipping
1985-86 32V Rails Do Not come with clamps. So owner would have to make clamps, drill/tap the rails for mounting. easy to do. $230.00 + shipping
Rails may fit other years I don’t know. PM me if you’re interested.
Note: These rails are set up for –AN. So owner has to convert the engine compartment to AN hoses. If enough people are interested I could make complete kits: Hose, Rails, Fuel Regulator, Special conversion fittings, but cost for that kit would be in $550.00 range. Add in injectors raises price to $950.00.
