I'm looking to buy (or trade?) 4 center caps for my 16" disk wheels. The ones on now don't match the color of the wheels. I don't know if the wheels are platinum or what color you would call it but, as you can see the center caps are much more silver. I'm just looking for caps that match the wheel color. I don't know why it bothers me when I look at them, but it does. I would trade the existing caps also if that works.

mask off the crest and hit the outer edges of the cap with some silver wheel paint

Those wheels look like they've been repainted - any chance that could that be the case? I have a set of 4 center caps off those exact wheel that I'll sell pretty cheap, just not sure if it will help you out much if the ones I have don't match your wheels either.

The wheels aren't "silver". They have like a beige or bronze tint to them. I would call the center cap color "silver"

Ahh OK then i would suggest to go to the Azone and try to match your color wheel to any of their car paint colors, you can experiment it wont take much to do this .
your wheels look to be painted, try a pewter or almond

I don't have any caps available, but I think my wheels are platinum as well. Never re-painted. Factory option? It's a Euro BTW. Yours look more silver, but could be the photo. No help, I know, but I had not seen other platinum wheels before.

Hey WyattsRide - just noticed you're the guy right down the road from where I got my car a few months ago - funny that those platinum wheels resided in the same neck of the woods.

Yes, Brian those look to be the same color as mine. I thought they were the platinum option wheels. I don't have that option listed on my sticker because these wheels were replaced by one of the POs.
My 928 isn't originally from Pittsburgh. Mine came from NY. Like I mentioned on your thread, I wish I would have had a chance to check out your Euro when it was still in Pittsburgh. Not to buy, just to look at. I already had mine when that one came up for sale.
