No telling on value w/o a good look at the car. Could be a $3500 runner, or a $10k concours car. You said it needs TLC in the looks dept so I am guessing somewhere around $5k if there are no drive train issues at all. Maybe a touch more if it is a 5spd.

You have left so much out that there is a HUGE window for us to throw darts through on this car. Mileage is nice and low, but if the paint is shot you are looking at a $5k for a basic respray these days and interior work can be $3k to $10k depending on how you want to do it...

You need to give us a TON more info about the car and some pics.

Exhaust has been modified. Value? $900-$4000. Rough body, non-working AC, elec gremlins, bad interior brings it down to the $1000 area.

Welcome.

Man you guys are tough! Or maybe I am just overly optimistic about nice 928's values!

Average condition early Euro S autos typically sell between $2k and $4k depending on the specifics like where it is, registration status, and what does and doesn't work.

Too loud, never heard of that, but likely it has no rear muffler, $100 should put a decent two chamber Magnaflow on to quiet it down.

My 83 Euro is pretty loud on stock exhaust - set off a Benz alarm once in the open, cos he parked too close to the rear left corner.
