My money is on the SRT, any modifications and more money is on the little dodge.

You will have a hard time in your '86.5 against the SRT-4. It will probably be very close, kinda like my old '86 5-speed was with a Mazda Speed-3. I wouldn't talk any smack until afterwards...

Those cars are VERY easy to mod and so he will probably be making more HP than you are and a bit lighter to boot. He can take you to 60 (unless he does really suck as a driver) but you might to some Roll-ons with him... 928's are usually VERY good at those!

Handling he will have you too if he has some decent sticky tires on that thing. SRT4's are nothing to sniff at! They make for good little race cars!

If you have a few days, order a used S4 fuel pressure regulator from 928int, and get Porken's chips - will significantly outperform the Autothority chips (assuming you have those, or ebay clones of them).

The RMB doesn't add power.. just noise. Sell it and buy an X-pipe instead.. bit less noise, but more

I've smoked 2 SRT-4s with just an RMB and an X-pipe upgrade with Flowmasters later on.

I wouldn't be too woried especially if he is stock.

I had an 86.5 S auto and most street boys, especially the turbos, were dead of the line and with the low end tq of the V8 it would launch hard.
