Last night, I put in 2 gallons of fuel with a heavy dose of Sea Foam (I had drained the tank). Then I bridged the relay to run the fuel pump for 2 hours. I did not try to start it because the PO pulled the entire exhaust system after the manifolds. I don't think the neighbors would appreciate it if I started it at 10PM. I will give it a go after work. I am thinking about hooking up a battery charger and just running the pump for a day.

Burning Brakes
most of the cars I have rescued have been sitting for years all but one have had siezed fuel pumps, 3 others have had the plunger in the fuel distibutor stuck. the first time I replaced it but after that I had very god luck boiling the whole distributor in a pot of water for about an hour, it stinks like hell but it works just make sure you don't use you moms best pot it will be junk after. if you want to see just look up "rednecks in the kitchen" on youtube.

When you had the engine out, who did the engine work? Did they do anything to the CIS?
