When I saw the car, I gave him my number and asked him to call me when he got the key so I could come back and hear it run.
He said he would.
No call yet.

I called today. He said the key just got there and the new owner is trying to get it cranked.

Let's hope for the sake of the 'new owner' that the deal is dependent on the car running properly.
