Diagram/Picture request - Flag Mirror Internals
How the hell is the Flag mirror later motor assembly attached to the rubber surround?
I am putting some of this stuff in staging to assemble after being 5 years in a box - and I have absolutley no clue how the motor attaches to the rubber body.

Thanks Mr.Merlin - That steel plate is what I need. I guess I may have to go into used parts, because I do not see that being separate in the other diagrams.

Wait - that metal plate is not separate from the rubber surround. So how the hell is the motor attached to the body of the mirror?

Okay, I figured it out. I have everything for one mirror, and now I need to find a used flag mirror assembly for the other one so I can get the motor out of it.
