Anti squeek pads or paste
Are the calipers in good order - otherwise new seals and/or bleeding nipples.
Copper crush washers for the front brake lines
Copper paste on the sides of the brake pads and caliper bolts
Aluminum paste for the caliper springs

I thought you needed 78/79 spindles to do the conversion.
On mine, I only needed about 2mm spacers on the rear.
Also you might consider getting a quart or two of generic DOT3 brake fluid; use that to start with, bleed the brakes, go bed the brakes in, drive it some, bleed until you're sure there are no air bubbles, THEN fill the system with the more expensive blue stuff.
The anti-squeak pads are optional, but something you may want to consider.
If your current setup has the front caliper mounting bolts threading into nuts welded to the backing plate you may want to get shorter bolts - I don't recall the exact length but they were a lot shorter.

You have most of the parts. You will need the S4 caliper bolts and washers for the front.

Do the front S4 calipers bolt to the 81 spindles.? If they bolt on you will need spacers and longer caliper bolts. If they are not a direct bolt on you will need adapters.

I have the caliper bolts and the caliper adapters I'm pretty sure you don't need to swap the spindles. Looks like all i need is beer! I'm also doing the bilsteins and eibach springs this weekend. Got the "while I'm in there" bug.

You going to put on Dust Shields? If so, you need to do new ones that will clear the new rotors. S4's.
Wheel bearings, grease, etc. If you get new front rotors, they do not come with bearings.
(if I recall correctly)

You will have to cut holes in the dust shields at the tie-rod end!
You better check that you have at least 1/8 inch space between rotor and tie-rod.
You better have at least 3mm spacers for the front wheels and check your offsets!
How do I know this ... I did this already to my '81

If bearings are good, you can just reuse.
When you replace dust shields, you have to remove the front hub assembly which contains the bearings, etc to get them off. Since bearings were original, I went ahead and replaced and repacked them.
I did S4 dust shields in the front.
Rears are much easier upgrade.
