well i learned a few things tonight. if you are searching for a problem, fix one thing at a time.... just one. see if it works. i switched the LED out, for a normal bulb. works now......... was it the controller? or a bad ground? a bad bulb socket? side marker? who knows now. but it works! strange how all the other LEDS work great. must be some kind of draw issue.

my exclamation light does this too. (when you push the button, it goes out, but only vaintly dim)
I just got my brake lights to work too, it was a bad connection around the brake pedal switch at the top of the pedal.
since you are getting good at the pod thing, any clues on the RPM sensor or input wire that runs the tach?

i had that issue. if you can, take the three nuts off the back of the cluster that are behind the tach and clean them reall good, clean the board then tighten them back down nice an snug. that fixed my tach being dumb.
