Cheryl, You have every right to be annoyed. He shouldn't have stopped for gas, a wash, hand rubbed carnuba and changing a flat for some coed's.
Around here that's an average commute speed on the Chicago Expressways.

Well, I finally got the skinny on the trip. The reason it took so long is he stopped at a hotel and had sex with another woman. Twice. At least it was a budget hotel.
Did it occur to any of you comedians to ask how many towns, stop lights and two lane country roads run between those two points? Not to mention the fact that at this time of year every other car is towing a jeep or 4 wheeler to a hunting lease.

Tomekin might not quite have a handle on exactly what kind of roads we are talking about in the area where you live... i surely do. that's some ridiculous driving... but, your husband is not insane... he has a wife that is a Rennlister.

Cheryl, he probably just didn't want to admit to you that he took the scenic route. Ya know...perhaps he just went along the Grand Canyon by way of NYC!!
