Default speedo input

I'm installing a new wizbang head unit/GPS (Blaupunkt TravelPilot) and it wants a wire from the reverse light and a wire from the VSS (vehicle speed sensor?).
Can any one tell me where to get to these two signals on a 1978 5 speed?
Thanks! John

These circuits may be optional... the unit may want to disable parts of the interface, DVD playback, etc while the car is moving. Not sure why the reverse circuit is wanted... maybe so the GPS arrow doesn't point to the rear of the car while reversing?

Backup light switch hot(always hot with key on) is S7 on the CE panel. Other side of switch is a ground point in the rear of the car.

Speedo sensor is T1(switched) and T2(gnd).
