Yes! Of course it can be pressure tested, but more importantly why do you ask?
Mine was leaking some time back and the place I took it to have it repaired pressure checked it after the repair. Trying to do it at home could be an exercise in frustration. You need to be careful to not over-pressurize it. Someone more familiar with the max pressure the engine might see would be better qualified to answer how high to pressurize it.
