I purchased a windshield from them a few years ago. They are a good outfit, very good service. Windshield arrived nicely crated and intact. I would use them again. No affiliation, etc.

Were these the ones without the black shading on the edges (so you can still see the caulking)?

That is a great question.

Mine had the green tinting and did not have the black shading. Tom, you may remember that I took the black adhesive primer and "painted" a 1/2" or border along the window edge to mimic the factory shading.

It came out pretty good, but it was not something I had planned for. If these windshields do not have the edge shading, and I suspect they do not, I would plan for somehow coming up with a solution to create that shading.

With some prior planning, the adhesive primer could be applied more precisely and I think it would look good. Perhaps something as simple as using painters masking tape would make for a nice edge.

That was a great price. I could not find a local supplier that could even get their hands on one and the price quoted if they could was almost three times that amount.
