Default Weird clicking (pulses) sound at radiator fan motors

I just turned on the ignition (I didn’t start the car) and heard a clicking sound (not heard before) from the engine compartment upon checking I appears that (I can feel the pulses when I put my hand on either fan motor) these are regular intervals of current to the motors.

The AC is set to off and when I put the slider to recirculation the fans don’t come on.
I’m going to check the fuses and relay now.

Any input, related hints or similar shared experiences are welcome

Default Go figure...

Just pulled the fuses they looked fine stuck them back in and all is back to normal > Pulsing sounds are gone and with slider to recirculation the fans come fine at high speed

Could this be an early indicator of a upcoming relay # XVIII failure?
