Default The aluminum body 928

Back in the early eigthies Porsche and Swiss aluminum company Alusingen made a study of a full aluminum bodied 928. An example of the car is or has been on is display in the Porsche museum.

Every now and then a leaflet i German about this study pops on Ebay, and recently one of our fellow 928 drivers, Charles Czabo in Jönköping, Sweden bought one of these leaflets on he kindly posted links to a scanned version of it on the Porsche Club Sweden site.

Porsche Club Sweden is the fourth largest Porsche club in the world and the 928 forum just happens to be one of the more active. Either way, here is link to the thread where Charles posted his links:

See post #35 for the links.

I dont know whether it is of any significance, but the leaflet is in German, not Swedish.

Wow I thought it was just the body panels, I didn't realize it was the whole frame too. Has it been on the road and does anyone know how much different the driving experience is?
