I DO have a friend who is a dealer. He would have bought the car for me no problem. It is only being offered for sale to dealers to avoid any legal issues(like odometer rollback).

Thank goodness for danglerb, who let me know of a mileage problem. He saved me a lot of trouble.

I do prefer low mileage cars, but I realize cars with high mileage have been driven and maintained. As Jay Leno says, "buy a car to own it". Jay Leno has been offered dodge vipers with 300 miles which he has refused because they weren't driven enough. He says "sorry not interested, you didn't buy it to own it"

the problem i have is when people list cars with obviously low mileage that cant be correct. Its the deceit i have a problem with. so if the mileage is off, what else is off??? how can i trust that? ive been burnt before. It didnt feel good...

high mileage, low mileage, it doesnt matter, just let it be accurate. thank again guys
