Evil Dr Doofenshmertz says "Send it to the Destruct-Inator!" HAHA, watch the show all the time with the kids bulldog24.

Seriously, great price for an S4, fix it up and drive it as long as you can title it salvage or not.

Title goes with the chassis/VIN.

Mike, Bulldog is saying he would put his 83? engine in the 87 I think. I think he thinks it is blown maybe? Will have to wait for a reply.

The offer is still open to get the thing running. Once it cools off a bit you, Gary, I and whomever else can delve in.

part that thing out. I got $4000 for a clean title 88 S4 that WASNT PINK!

you will make more money in parts then you will otherwise

Spending money to restore a salvage car would be silly.

Really, when did that change? Do you have a link to info?

Yeah, was thinking it was an engine issue by his first post. What kind of electrical issue is it? I've got a spare wiring harness from an 86 that only had 56K mis on it before it was dismantled if you need it.

I wouldn't ever put the car on a track, just a weekender to relive my glory days so the loss of power is no big deal to me. Plus, my engine was rebuilt recently.

Michael-yeah, that is me and my 3 year olds favorite show! Love Dr. D!

Sounds like a good gamble for the money. Make it a daily driver, part it out if the repairs would be too expensive.

Not every 928 needs to be a restored show car...

Wally it can be like playing "no limit holdem" ....start out betting with a bad hand and quickly you get "Pot Committed". This "car" only works for someone who ENJOYS doing their own work AND has the time and space to part it if that ends up being the best use for it !
